My name is Joe Miner and I am the one and only writer Singlemess.

I recently graduated from Houghton College in Western New York with a B.S. in Communication, and I am currently working towards an M.A. in Theology and Social Justice through Northeastern Seminary.

When I’m not reading, editing videos, or spending time with my dear friends, I am usually on my laptop, can of Mountain Dew in hand, writing about my life.

The purpose of this blog is to write and reflect upon issues that are relevant to queer Christians and their loved ones. My hope is to educate readers on a variety of issues, while simultaneously learning alongside each of them.
